Cancellations of excursions (regular tours)
In order to avoid any misunderstandings, all cancellations must be made (received) via fax or e-mail. Refunds will be calculated based on the day we have received your written cancellation. You will receive a confirmation note of your cancellation. The following rules apply to cancellation:
If cancellation is made more than 48 hours before announced arrival:
Refund of total amount paid and received, minus CHF 30.00 handling fees.
If cancellation is made less than 48 hours before announced arrival: No refund.
In case of illness or accident: Refund of the total amount, less CHF 30.00 handling fee. A doctors attestation is required. All bank charges and transfer duties are for your own account.

Annullationen von regulären Touren
Es werden nur schriftliche Annullationen von gebuchten Touren, via Fax oder E-Mail angenommen. Sie erhalten von uns eine Annullationsbestätigung.
Annullationsbestimmungen :
Bei einer Annullation von 48 Std. vor Antritt der Tour: Der volle Betrag wird Ihnen zurück erstattet, abzüglich einer Bearbeitungsgebühr von CHF 30.00
Bei einer Annullation von weniger als 48 Std. vor Antritt der Tour: Keine Rückerstattung.
Im Krankheitsfall/Unfall wird der volle Betrag zurück erstattet, abzüglich einer Bearbeitungsgebühr von CHF 30.00. Ein Arztzeugnis ist erforderlich.
Allfällige Bank- oder Übermittlungsgebühren gehen zu Lasten des Auftraggebers.

Anulación de Reservaciones (toures regulares)
Para evitar confusiones, todas las anulaciones deben ser hechas por escrito por fax o por correo electrónico. La devolución del dinero se calculará según el día de recibida la anulación. Usted recidirá una confirmación de la misma. La devolución del dinero dependerá de lo siguiente:
Si la anulación es recibida hasta 48 horas antes del día del tour: se devolverá el monto total menos CHF 30.00 de costos de manejo.
Si la anulación es recibida en menos de 48 horas antes del día del tour : no habrá devolución.
En caso de enfermedad o accidente se devolverá el monto total menos CHF 30.00 de costos manejo, presentando una excusa médica.
Todos los cargos de banco o cargos de tranferencia serán pagados por el usuario.
