Alpine Dreams (2 days / 1 night)

Day 1: Mt Titlis
Depart on a scenic coach drive through splendid countryside and along the shores of Lake Lucerne. Enjoy a photo stop en route followed by a brief introductory drive as you approach the charming town of Lucerne. Explore the medieval Old Town and its famous Chapel Bridge during time at leisure. Continue to Engelberg, a typical Swiss alpine village located in the sunny basin under the north face of Mt Titlis, where you board the first of three cable cars. Drop off your luggage at the hotel reception at the Trübsee middle station and take the rotating Rotair cable car to the summit of Mt Titlis at 3,020 m a.s.l., where a high alpine world of snow and ice awaits you all year round. Taste a typical Swiss meal at one of the restaurants and enjoy a magnificent view of the Swiss Alps from the panoramic terrace. Explore the Glacier Caves, walk across the Cliff Walk, Europe's highest suspension bridge, or take the Ice Flyer chair lift down to the Glacier Park. Descend to Trübsee and round off your day with a tasty 4-course dinner before falling asleep underneath an imposing starry sky. 

Day 2: Trübsee
The next morning, start your day with a delicious breakfast buffet at the hotel before spending the full day at leisure. Store your luggage at reception and take a hike through the impressive alpine surroundings or take the Trübsee zip line (optional) down to the azure lake, where rowing boats are available for free. Enjoy a relaxing picnic at the lakeside and surround the lake on the playful Smuggler’s Trail that ends at the adventure playground for the young and the young at heart. If you are more of an adrenaline-seeker dare a jump on the jumping pillow or practice your balance on the slackline at Titlis Adventure Park. In the late afternoon, return to the hotel to pick up your luggage and start your descent to Engelberg. Meet your tour guide at the valley station and take off on the return journey to Zurich.
